Please do not ask us if any part will fit a particular PC - Often google gives the answer. We cannot offer a technical support service for parts, and is impossible to tell you which part has failed over the telephone. in 99.9% of cases, we need a part number for any failed item to be able to check for compatiblity, in which case it is obvious of that part number you need. In the case of memory, we usually recommend that you check the type of memory needed at the kingston.com website.

Collections
Collections are not allowed as we operate a secure site, and cannot allow any member of the public to enter the building. We do not generally allow third party courier collections unless by arrangement in advance. A packing charge will apply (typically 25% of the shipping rate) for all items collected by your own courier. In the event of any problem with an item, we will not refund your couriers costs, only our standard rate.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Returns not accepted for items listed as faulty or past the use by date
